The Continuous Coup Against Creator Ceases

The Holy Spirit has brought to light during this current political climate that there has been a continuous coup attempt by the devil to unseat God from His throne. What is happening on earth is just a manifestation of what is happening in the spiritual realm.

While the devil seems to be winning as we hear of God’s people suffering injustices and many being slain in various countries for their faith (Nigeria, for example), God emphatically tells His people in the Bible that HE and WE shall WIN!

God can halt the coup at any time. The devil is no match for Him. He is being patient for the last soul to be saved before He sounds the trump.

Below are a few of many Bible verses that speak of Satan’s defeat:

“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.” [1]

“For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus, we shall always be with the Lord.” [2]

“Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven, saying, ‘The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!’” [3]

Other references to God’s victory over the coup include:

Psalm 2 – Humanity’s coup against God fails
Revelation 12:7-11 – The devil’s coup against God fails
Luke 10:18 – “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.”
Revelation 20:10 – The devil is cast into the lake of fire

Until this current world is replaced by a new heaven and a new earth, what does the last verse of the Bible say?

It says, “The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.” [4]

"Amen! Dear Heavenly Father, please help us Your people. The battle on earth is fierce... many are suffering... many innocent people have been senselessly slain. Please hear our cry. For it is in Name of Jesus Your Son that we pray. Amen."
