A Poem for Prophets

Our Lord Jesus said…

“Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you,
saying all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake.
Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven,
for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” [1]

Noah condemned the world and became heir of righteousness.
My kingdom is not of this world,
if it were, people would fight for Me.
Because you are of My world,
The current world rejects you even as it rejected Me. [2]

You are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation…
God’s special possession!
I called you out of darkness into My marvelous light!
My kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. [3]

Live for eternal not temporary things.
Focus on where you want to be.
You want to be where I am…
Follow Me.

I speak into chaos and say “Let there be…”
I bring to pass what needs to be.
Do not fear.
Trust in Me.
I am with you.
